Exhibitors Instructions for 25 October

• Setting up will be possible on Friday 24th from 3pm to 5:30pm.  Products left overnight in the Bradleian Theatre will be at your own risk.  Please let me know if you are coming on this day.

• Saturday 25th from 7am onwards for unloading & setting up. Please come as early as possible to set up in plenty of time (9:45 am deadline). Please call 07887 924539 if delayed.

• Getting there: www.multimap.co.uk will give you good directions – enter postcode SN8 1PA, and also go to www.marlboroughcancerresearch.org
• Access:  Use the entrance to Court for unloading. This short-term parking is available alongside the building.

• Do not park on the paved area immediately outside the Hall, as this will damage the surface.
• Please remove your vehicles from the unloading area as quickly as possible once your unloading is completed, to allow others access.   No exhibitor vehicles are permitted to remain in Court.
• There are several access doors to the Hall. However, if you have heavy products, do bring along a trolley and ramp, as there is a low step to negotiate into the Hall.
• All tables will be numbered and labelled for each exhibitor. Lists showing table layout will be displayed prominently in the Hall.
• Power will not be available on the day unless you have requested it in your booking form.
• The CR UK Tombola team will visit your stand to collect your donation to the Tombola – please bear in mind we do not ask for 10% of your takings which many organisers request at similar events.
• Refreshments will be available from the CR UK teashop from 8:30am onwards.
• The 800 sq. metre Norwood Hall offers a wonderful roomy single-level venue but please do ensure your stand is as eye-catching as possible and clearly identified – especially above head height!
• And finally, please ensure you clear away your entire stand, including any rubbish including ALL CARDBOARD. We cannot return any items left behind at the event.
