FOOD FUN FOR CHILDREN

Take yummy treats; add tempting toys, fancy dress and more, stir up with tasty cooking, finally sprinkle with puppet shows…a scrumptious mix!

There’s something for everyone !  Our popular Childrens Cookery sessions for 4 to 10 year olds take place throughout the day. The well-known local chef Peter Vaughan from the Bistro & cookery school in Devizes will be making delicious food with bananas - he will get the children all stirrin' and sniffin’ – huge fun (and they’re learning about eating healthy foods too!).

Face painting, Punch & Judy shows, plus trade stands with fabulous things to taste and buy for children - books, old-fashioned sweets, enchanting fairies, fancy dress costumes, superb wooden toys, hand-painted bespoke t-shirts, and bright, fun, and hardwearing bibs, aprons, tabards & craft smocks for all ages and much more...something for everyone.

Children's cookery sessions (for ages 4 to 10 yrs) will be at 12noon and 2pm in the Bradleian Theatre foyer.  Sessions will last for 45 mins.  No pre-booking available.

The Best Food and Drink Festival in The West of England

FEAST OF FOOD gives everyone a unique opportunity to touch, taste and tempt!  The festival features over 60 stalls displaying quality products – everything to do with eating, drinking, and cooking. No need to purchase tickets in advance - we welcome everyone!

Calling all lovers of good food and drink

FEAST OF FOOD actively promotes independent producers based in the West of England, especially in Wiltshire and its neighbouring counties.  As issues like food miles and environmentally responsible farming methods become ever more critical, we feel it is essential to focus on how the food and drink we consume is produced and sourced.

The Norwood Hall at Marlborough College offers a light and spacious 800-m2 hall that transforms into a bustling marketplace filled with stallholders selling their wares.

There’s no need to shop ‘til you drop either; our visitors can relax, put their feet up and enjoy delicious home-made refreshments in the CR UK's Cafe - open all day.

Free car parking and excellent access for pushchairs and wheelchairs, plus easy access to the nearby High Street.

FEAST OF FOOD (now in its sixth year) is organised by the Marlborough committee for CR UK, and every penny raised goes to the charity to help fund essential research into the prevention, treatment and cure of cancer - a disease that affects nearly all of us in some way.
